How does the AI Finder match properties?
Our AI system parses your plain English descriptions (e.g. office pin code, budget, room requirements) and cross-references it with listing attributes, location clusters, and real-time transit models to deliver high-match listings directly to your app.
Are there transaction limits for paying rent?
Transaction limits depend on your bank's UPI limits or net banking limits. Credit card limits depend entirely on your available credit limit. KirayaPe handles payments up to ₹2,00,000 per transaction seamlessly.
How long does it take for a landlord to receive the rent?
UPI and Netbanking transfers are routed instantly. Credit card transactions are typically settled and disbursed within 2 to 24 hours of payment completion, and receipt confirmation is sent instantly via SMS/email.
